I thought I’d do my part in getting the word out. WordPress recently had a cracker gain access to their server and alter the download to include files with malicious code. Now, while this appears to only affect people who’ve downloaded the software in the past 3-4 days, I’d recommend everybody upgrade, since we can never be too careful. If you’ve downloaded before then, you’re probably safe, but do it for you. Do it for your loved ones. Most of all, do it for peace of mind.
