@Popehat @notheactualworddash What you choose to emphasis is still a bias. But I'm not faulting them for that. If you start from one ideological direction or another, it's going to happen. More important is what you said about non-partisanship and if they're upholding the principles.

@notheactualworddash I have problems with some of FIRE’s rhetoric and emphasis choices. But they have a multi-decade record of non partisan litigation.
